Short Description
Reason
door open
Door is detected as not closed.
The door has been detected as not being closed
20 seconds after the program has been started.

Expected water level not attained
within 8 minutes.

Wash Motor Error.
The initial speed of the motor has been detected
as being out of sync. (Refer to Err 7:00 flow
chart)

Motor Stall Error.
The motor control module has been unable to start
the motor. (Refer to Err 7:01 flow chart)

Motor Loss of Phase.
The motor control module has detected a loss of
one of the phases of the motor. (Refer to Err
7:02 flow chart)

Motor Over Current.
The motor control module has detected excessive
current. (Refer to Err 7:03 flow chart)

Motor Current Sense Error.
Motor current sensing circuit is faulty. (Refer to
Err 7:04 flow chart)

Motor Brown Out.
The supply voltage level has become too low to
power the motor control module. (Refer to Err
7:06 flow chart)

Motor Winding Over Temp.
The motor control module has detected the motor
windings over temperature. (Refer to Err 7:07
flow chart)

Motor Bridge Over Temp.
The motor control module has detected that the
motor bridge electronics is over temperature.

M/C Module Self Test Error.
The motor control module during its self-test
routine has detected an error. (Refer to Err 7:09

Err 10
Heater NTC error which is
displayed at end of program.
The heater NTC has malfunctioned.

Water level has exceeded flood
protection level.
Water level readings found to be above the flood
protection level. (Refer to Err 12 flow Chart)
Err 37
Pump error.
The water level has not changed in 6 minutes.

Pressure sensor out of range.
Pressure sensor frequency is out of range. (Refer

Err 75
Heater failure.
The water failed to reach the selected wash
temperature. (Refer to Err 75 flow chart)

Comms Error.

Door Locked.
