2. Using a 15mm ring spanner, remove the bolt
and washer. It may be necessary to hit the
spanner in order to break the Locktite on the
thread.
3. The rotor may now be removed by hand.
This will take reasonable even force applied
by pulling from opposite outer edges of the
rotor.
Reassemble the rotor aligning the spline and
fastening it onto the shaft with the bolt.
Tighten the bolt to a torque of 30 - 60 Nm.
2. Undo the 4 bolts holding the stator to the
tub.
3. Disconnect the motor harness from the
stator.
Reassemble in the reverse order ensuring that
the harness is connected correctly, tightening the
bolts up to 3.5 - 7.5Nm.
