What does the warranty not cover?
Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:
1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or
workmanship.
2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear,
3. improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence,
4. accident or alteration.
5. Accessories, connected materials and pro ducts, or related products not
6. manufactured by FishHunter™ Inc.
This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed,
damaged ortampered labels or any alterations (including removal
of any component or external cover). Repair or Replacement (or, in
limited circumstances, refund of the purchase price) as provided
under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser.
FishHunter™ Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to
create for it any obligation or liability in connection with this
product. The law of the Province of Ontario, Canada govern
FishHunter™ Inc. and this warranty.
How do I file a claim?
To request warranty service, please use the link below and
provide a description of the problem you are having. A member
of our Warranty Team will get in touch with you to complete the
warranty claim process. Please ensure you have your proof of
purchase information ready and available. When warranty service
is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will
be returned to you postage prepaid. FishHunter Inc will provide
warranty coverage with claims made in compliance with the terms
of our warranty.
