What to do if I cannot hear input from my mic/instrument on Focusrite Recording Equipment?

If you cannot hear input from your mic or instrument, check the following: * Ensure the monitor volume or gain isn't turned down. * If your mic needs phantom power, make sure it's activated. If you're using a Cloudlifter or Fethead, remember they also require phantom power. * Verify the audio interface is plugged into a power source, turned on, and properly connected to your computer via USB-C. * Check if Focusrite Control is open on your computer. * Ensure the monitor output (speakers or headphones) isn't muted in Focusrite Control. * Confirm you've selected the correct output channels in Focusrite Control. * Make sure your track is armed and not muted. * If using a Mac, ensure you've granted Reaper permission to access the microphone in System Preferences.
