REAR VIEW CAMERA
*
The rear view camera system is on the ligate and
provides a video image of the area behind the vehicle.
The display will automatically appear on the navigation
system screen* or in the interior mirror whenever the
vehicle is in reverse (R) and uses colors (green, yellow
and red) to alert you of your proximity to objects.
FORWARD AND REVERSE SENSING SYSTEMS
*
If equipped, these systems may warn you if there is
an object in front of or behind the vehicle. The system will sound a warning tone that
increases in frequency as the object gets closer and will sound continuously when the
object is less than 10 inches (25.4 centimeters) away.
Note: Visibility aids do not replace the need to watch where the vehicle is moving. Refer to
your Owner’s Manual for safety information, more details and limitations.
UNIVERSAL GARAGE DOOR OPENER
*
Your driver’s side visor has a built-in wireless transmitter that replaces the common hand-
held garage door opener. Additionally, you can program this system to security systems,
entry gates and home or oce lighting. Refer to the Universal Garage Door Opener chapter
in your Owner’s Manual for programming instructions.
