· Your phonebook contacts
may be in CAPS.
· Do not use special charac-
ters, such as 123 or ICE, as
the system does not recog-
nize them.
· If a contact is in CAPS, you
have to spell it. JAKE
requires you to say "Call J-
A-K-E".
