REAR POWER FOLDING SEATS*
The controls are on the le-hand
side (accessible from the ligate
area). Press and hold the top
control to lower the le seat
backrest or the bottom control to
lower the right seat backrest. To
unfold the seat backrest, rotate
each seat backrest up until it
latches into the upright position.
The seat backrest clicks when it
locks into position.
Note: This feature is operational when the vehicle is in park (P) and
the ligate has been open for less than 10 minutes.
POWER POINTS*
USB ports and power outlets are available throughout your vehicle.
Not all USB ports in your vehicle have data transfer capabilities and
may only be used for charging. Your vehicle may also have 12 V or
110 V power outlets. 12 V outlets can power devices using a 12 V
outlet adapter, while 110 V can power devices that use a household
plug. Both power outlets have indicators that illuminate to let you
know the status of the system.
POWER LIFTGATE*
You can use either of the following power features to open or close
your ligate:
Press the button on the instrument panel.
Press the remote control button twice within three seconds.
Note: Allow the power system to open the ligate aer
pressing the control. Manually pushing or pulling the ligate may
activate the system’s obstacle detection feature and stop the
power operation.
HANDS-FREE FEATURE*
To Open Your Ligate Hands-Free While You Are at the Ligate
1. Make sure you have a remote control within 3 (1 m) of
theligate.
2. Move your foot under and away from the rear bumper detection
area in a single-kick motion. Do not move your foot sideways or
the sensors may not detect the motion. Kick between the exhaust
and hitch if your vehicle is equipped with a hitch.
Any movement that mimics a kick can cause the hands-free ligate
to activate. Switch the power ligate o through your vehicle settings
or keep the remote control away from the rear bumper detection
area. Refer to your Owner’s Manual for additional information.
