2. Insert the fuel nozzle up to and including
the first notch on the nozzle A. Keep it
resting on the cover of the fuel pipe
opening.
3. Operate the nozzle within the area
shown.
Note: We recommend that you wait at least
10 seconds before removing the fuel pipe
nozzle to allow any residual fuel to drain into
the fuel tank.
4. Slightly raise the fuel nozzle to remove
it.
MANUAL TRANSMISSION
Selecting Reverse Gear
Do not engage reverse gear when your
vehicle is moving. This can cause damage
to the transmission.
HILL START ASSIST
The system makes it easier to pull away
when your vehicle is on a slope without the
need to use the parking brake.
When the system is active, your vehicle will
remain stationary on the slope for two to
three seconds after you release the brake
pedal. This allows you time to move your
foot from the brake to the accelerator
pedal. The brakes are released
automatically once the engine has
developed sufficient drive to prevent your
vehicle from rolling down the slope.
