Ford Focus 2001 - Check Switched Voltage to One-Touch Down Relay; Check Ignition Voltage to One-Touch Down Relay; Check Continuity One-Touch Down Relay to Ground

 Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
VERIFY the customer concern.
No
REPAIR circuit 31-AJ7 (BK). TEST the system for normal operation.
B9 CHECK FOR SWITCHED VOLTAGE TO THE ONE-TOUCH DOWN RELAY
One-touch Down Relay C738
Operate the driver power window control switch to the first detent in the DOWN position.
Measure the voltage between the one-touch down relay C738 pin 3, circuit 15S-AJ40 (GN/BU), harness side and ground.
 Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to B10.
No
REPAIR circuit 15S-AJ40 (GN/BU). TEST the system for normal operation.
B10 CHECK FOR IGNITION VOLTAGE TO THE ONE-TOUCH DOWN RELAY
Measure the voltage between the one-touch down relay C738 pin 2, circuit 15-AJ15 (GN/BK), harness side and ground.
 Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to B11.
No
REPAIR circuit 15-AJ15 (GN/BK). TEST the system for normal operation.
B11 CHECK FOR CONTINUITY BETWEEN THE ONE-TOUCH DOWN RELAY AND GROUND
Measure the resistance between the one-touch down relay C738 pin 1, circuit 31-AJ15 (BK), harness side and ground.
