For vehicles fitted without a tow bar as standard,
a genuine Ford accessory trailer tow electrical kit
has been developed to enable a tow bar to be
installed. The kit comprises of the trailer towing
control module, trailer plug, wiring and associated
hardware components. Once the kit is installed,
the vehicle must then be configured using a Ford
FDRS diagnostic tool. This configuration can be
performed by your Ford authorised dealer.
