computer,somecontrolconditionsaremaintainedbypower
fromthebattery.Ifyoueverdisconnectthebattery,installa
newbattery,orexperienceadeadbattery,youmustallowthe
computerto“relearn”itsidleconditionsbeforeyourvehiclewill
idleatitsbest.Tolettheenginedothis,applytheparking
brake,putthegearshiftinP(Park)(automatictransmission)or
Neutral(manualtransmission),turnoffalltheaccessories,and
startthevehicle.Lettheengineidleforatleastoneminute.

yourvehiclemaybeadverselyaffecteduntiltheidleis
