POWER WINDOWS
WARNINGS
Do not leave children unattended in
your vehicle and do not let them
play with the power windows.
Failure to follow this instruction
could result in personal injury.
When closing the power windows,
verify they are free of obstruction and
make sure that children and pets are
not in the proximity of the window
openings.
Note:
The power windows operate
with the ignition on, and for several
minutes after you switch the ignition off
or until you open a front door.
Note:
You may hear a pulsing noise
when
just one of the windows is open.
Lower the
opposite window slightly to
reduce this
noise.
One-Touch Down (If Equipped)
Press the switch fully and release it.
Press again or lift it to stop the window.

Note:
If the power window is operated
many times on a short period the
switch
may be inactivated for some
moment to
avoid overheat on power
window system.
Press the switch to open the
window. Lift the switch to
close the window.
One-Touch Up (If Equipped)
Lift the switch fully and release it. Press or
lift it again to stop the window.
Bounce Back (If Equipped)
The window will stop automatically while
closing. It reverses some distance if there
is an obstacle in the way.
Rear Window Lock
Press the control to lock or
unlock the rear window controls.
It illuminates when you lock the
rear window controls.
Note:
You can always operate the rear
and front passenger windows from the
driver’s door if your vehicle is equipped
with global opening and closing.
Note:
On vehicles without global
opening and closing, the rear windows
cannot be operated from the driver side
when the safety switch is pressed.
