occupant and rear seat backrest may
move forwards in the event of a sudden
braking or driving manoeuvre or during
accidents.

The backrest is not properly secured if
you can see the red marking on the
loop. Always make sure that the red
mark is never visible when the seat
backrest is in the upright position.

If the rear seat backrest is folded for-
wards or is not engaged securely into
place, these seats must not be used to
transport adults, children, loads or ani-
mals.
NOTICE
Damage to the vehicle or to other objects

ould be caused if the rear seat backrest is
folded forwards and backwards in an un-
controlled way or without due care.

Before folding the rear seat backrests
forwards, always adjust the front seats
so that the rear head restraints or rear
seat cushions do not collide with the
front seats.
·
Before folding down the rear seat back-
rest, always make sure that there are no
objects located in its path.

The seats in the second row are divided in-
to a single seat and a two-seat bench. The
seat and the bench seat can be folded
down to increase the size of the load com-
partment.
