Removing the rear head restraints
— If necessary, fold the backrest forward
slightly → page 101, → page 105.
— Push the head restraint all the way up.
— Pull the head restraint out fully while
pressing the button
→ Fig. 82 1 or → Fig. 83 1 .

Fold the rear seat backrest back if neces-
sary and allow it to engage securely
→ page 101, → page 105.
Fitting the rear head restraints
— Position the head restraint correctly over
the head restraint guides and then insert
into the guides of the corresponding seat
backrest.
— Slide the head restraint all the way down
until the guide pins click into place.
— Adjust the head restraint so a correct sit-
ting position can be assumed and allow it
to engage.

Adjusting the centre armrest
1. Li: pull the centre armrest gradually
upwards in the direction of the arrow

2. Lower: pull the centre armrest all the
way up. Then lower the centre armrest.

centre armrest forwards or back-
wards → Fig. 84.
WARNING
When fully open or not completely
closed, the front c
entre armrest can re-
strict the freedom of movement of the
driver's arms and therefore cause acci-
dents and serious injuries.

Always keep stowage compartments
closed while the vehicle is in motion.

Never transport an adult, child or ani-
mal on the centre armrest. An incorrect
seating position can cause serious in-
jury.
