To delete all connected FordPass accounts,

an reset the vehicle to its factory set-
tings. To do this, perform the following
steps:
1. Press Settings.
2. Press Restore factory settings.
3. Confirm that you want to reset the vehi-
cle.

— The modem is not enabled. Activate the
modem → page 230.
— Weak network signal. Drive your vehicle
to a location with good network signal.
— No GPS signal. Drive your vehicle to a lo-
cation, e.g. open land, where a GPS sig-
nal is available.

About this section
The Infotainment system may be supplied
in dierent versions. These versions dier
with respect to the available functions and
the labelling and layout of the controls.
This section applies to all unit versions.
The functions listed below may be availa-
ble for all Infotainment systems. The func-
tions and settings of the Infotainment sys-
tem depend on the equipment and are not
available in all countries.
Before using the unit for the rst time
Please note the following points before us-
ing the Infotainment system for the first
time so that you can make full use of the
available functions and settings:
— Observe the safety instructions

— Read this section and familiarise yourself
with how to use the Infotainment sys-
tem.
— Reset the Infotainment system to its fac-
