The removable ball coupling is heavy. The

all coupling could fall o while it is being
removed and cause crush injuries.

Never unlock the ball coupling when
a trailer is hitched.
WARNING
If the ball coupling is not secured, it may
be flung around the vehicle interior and
cause injuries during sudden braking or
driving manoeuvres or in the event of an
accident.

Always stow the ball coupling in the
stowage box.
The removable ball coupling is re-
quired for towing. Make sure you al-
ways carry the ball coupling in the vehicle.
