1. How to reset FESMTLKGY04BA double-side lock?
1) Open the rear panel.
Press & hold the reset button for around 8s. The beep sounds indicates that it has been reset
successfully.
NOTE: It will remove all user information and records from both the front and the rear panel.
Please be careful of the operation and make sure it is intentional.
The default factory code is 123456.
2. How to set administrator and user?
Due to security reasons, the fingerprint credentials are not shared between the front and the
rear panel, so they must be registered separately.
Once successfully reset the lock, follow the below steps:
Once this is done:
1) To a dd administrator on the front panel.
Press “1” for admin settings then press “1” again.
Enter administrator information, input fingerprint or password or card on the front panel.
(Please follow the voice prompt. Fingerprints may be required to be recoded for 4 times.
Password input must be between 6-8 digits and input twice followed by # to confirm)
NOTE: The admin credentials should be kept by the owner only, as it can be used to change all
settings.
