• Mounting above the ceiling: FAP-U231F is UL2043 plenum rating certied. However, mounting
it above the ceiling is restricted to the FortiAP either facing up or facing down; mounting FAP-
U231F vertically is not allowed.
• To protect your device from unauthorized removal, use the Kensington™ Security Slot to attach a cable
lock (not included).
