Messages
The Messages section is where you can check Voicemail.
Voicemail
When receiving a new voicemail, the LCD screen will prompt n New Voicemail(s) (n indicates the
number of unread voice messages, e.g., 89 New Voicemail(s)) and display .
To listen to voicemail:
1. When the LCD screen prompts that the phone receives a new voicemail, you can tap the
Connect softkey to dial out the voicemail access code.
2. Follow the voice prompt to listen to your voicemail.
To view the voicemail via phone user interface:
1. Tap Menu > Message > Voicemail > View Voicemail. The LCD screen displays the amount of
new and old voicemails.
2. Tap the Connect softkey to listen to voicemail.
History
The phone stores logs to track inbound and outbound calls. There are separate logs that
support 100 entries each:
• Missed Calls: stores calls that were unanswered.
• Received Calls: stores calls that were answered.
• Placed Calls: stores calls placed from this phone.
• Forwarded Calls: stores calls that have been forwarded from this phone.
Tap or to go between logs. You can also see all entries by selecting All Calls.
Adding to contacts
To add an entry to your contacts:
1. Using the navigation keys, select an entry.
2. Tap the Option softkey.
3. Select Move to Contact. Tap OK softkey.
4. Complete the contact’s information. Tap the Save softkey to finish.
Deleting (single or all entries)
To delete a single entry:
1. Using the navigation keys, select an entry.
2. Tap the Delete softkey.
To delete all entries:
1. Tap the Option softkey.
2. Select Delete All. Tap OK.
