Function Description:

This rowing machine is an exercise equipment intended for adult use, simulating the motion of rowing to provide a full-body workout. It features a magnetic flywheel for resistance, allowing users to adjust the intensity of their exercise. The machine includes a computer console that tracks various exercise metrics, helping users monitor their progress. Its design incorporates a sliding rail and a seat for a smooth rowing motion, and it can be folded for space-saving storage.

Usage Features:

  • Adjustable Resistance: The tension knob (14) allows users to easily increase or decrease the magnetic resistance by rotating it clockwise or counter-clockwise, respectively. There are 8 tension levels.
  • Adjustable Rowing Rod Resistance: The resistance of the rowing rod varies depending on its position (A, B, C), with position A offering lighter resistance.
  • Pedal Strap Adjustment: The pedal straps (137) are adjustable to fit different foot sizes, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit during exercise.
  • Balance Adjustment: Foot pads (33) located beneath the front (27) and rear (34) stabilizers can be rotated to level the rower on uneven floor surfaces, ensuring stability during use.
  • Folding Mechanism: The rower can be folded to save space when not in use. This involves disassembling the L Knob (17) and Pull Pin (38), lifting the sliding rail (35) 90 degrees, and then re-inserting the Pull Pin and tightening the L Knob.
  • Transportation Wheels: Equipped with transportation wheels (29) on the front stabilizer (27), allowing for easy movement of the rower by lifting the rear stabilizer (34) or pressing down the sliding rail (35) until the wheels touch the ground.
  • Computer Operation:
    • MODE button: Changes display or chooses a program.
    • SET button: Increases setting values for Time, Count, and Cal in setting mode; holding it increases value faster.
    • RESET button: Resets values in setting mode; holding for 3 seconds in monitor mode resets all values to zero.
    • Pre-setting: Users can pre-set desired time, calorie, or count values, with the computer beeping when these are approached.

Maintenance Features:

  • Regular Inspection: Users should regularly inspect all hardware parts (bolts, nuts, washers) to ensure they are correctly positioned and tightly secured. The safety chain guard, seat, seat slider, and grips should also be inspected for safe and stable condition.
  • Lubrication: All moving parts are recommended to be lubricated on a monthly basis.
  • Cleaning: After each use, the equipment should be dried to remove moisture. Regular wiping with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and water solution is recommended. Petroleum-based solvents should not be used to avoid damaging the finish.
  • Battery Replacement: The computer console requires 2 "AAA" batteries. When the display fades, batteries should be replaced. Always replace both batteries with new ones and avoid mixing old and new batteries. Ensure the negative (-) end of the battery goes to the spring end in the battery compartment.
  • Storage: The equipment should be stored in cool, dry conditions. Extreme cold, hot, or damp areas should be avoided to prevent corrosion and other problems.
