Grease
Fire:
1.Never
leave
the
burners
work
unattended.
Overflowing
cause
smoking
and
greasy
spillovers
that
may
ignite.
Heat
oils
slowly
on
low
or
medium
settings.
2.Always
turn
the
hood
on
during
cooking.
3.Cooking
grease
may
stick
on
the
surface
of
the
kitchen
floor,
cabinet,
vent
duct,
etc.
Better
clean
regularly
to
avoid
fire
risk.
4.Use
proper
pan
size.
Always
use
cookware
appropriate
for
the
size
of
the
pan
support.

Reduce

persons

event

cooktop
fire,
observe

following:
1.Smother
flames
with
lid,
cookie
sheet,
or
metal
tray,
then
turn
off
the
burner.
Be
careful

prevent

flames

go
out
immediately,
evacuate
and
call

fire
department.
2.When
the
cooking
utensil
catches
fire,
switch
off

hood
immediately.
Effective
extinguishing
measures
must

once,

covering

open

metal
cover,
turning
off

gas valve
and
keeping

substance
from

open

etc.
3.Never
pick
