Continue setting roof panels, focusing on alignment, fastening, and sealing for complete coverage.
Install the extruded gutter by measuring, cutting, splicing, and fastening it to the roof edge.
Install extruded fascia by fitting, cutting, and fastening it to the roof panel and gutter.
Install scupper drains by drilling holes in the gutter and securing the drains properly.
Complete fastening and sealing of all components for structural integrity and weather protection.
Apply peel n seal tape to roof seams, header, and gutter for enhanced weatherproofing.
Install flashing using appropriate methods to protect the structure from water ingress.
Measure, cut, and fasten the 3" Receiving Channel to the house wall, ensuring plumb and level alignment.
Fasten the hidden post base to the Top Post Bracket, aligning it 3/16" down from the roof panel.
Measure, cut, and install the 3x3 side beam, fastening it to the post bracket and receiving channel.
Measure and cut 3x3 posts for the house wall, fitting them into the receiving channel.
Assemble the trapezoid filler panel by cutting and fastening 1x1 angles to the side beam and roof panel.
Repeat steps for the second side wall filler panel, ensuring proper fit and fastening.
Remove screws from the hood assembly and set the cover aside for later installation.
Measure posts and cut side track and receiving channels to the correct lengths.
Slide the receiving channels over the leg of the end caps, preparing for hood assembly.
Lift the hood assembly and channels between posts and push them tight against the beam.
Ensure hood assembly faces upward, tighten against beam, and fasten end caps to posts.
Secure receiving channels to posts with self-drilling screws, spacing them appropriately.
Insert side rails into receiving channels with the plastic entry guide on top.
Pull the screen down into side rails, ensuring the zipper goes through the entry guide.
Adjust side rail tracks for parallelism and fasten them to the receiving channel.
Attach fasteners through the end cap on both sides of the screen assembly.
Fasten the hood upward to the edge beam using additional screws based on screen size.
