Usage Features
Installation:
The monitor comes with a stand that requires assembly. The base and stem are attached to the monitor using a thumb screw and a locking button. For wall mounting, the monitor supports VESA 75x75mm standards, and users must remove the stand and attach a VESA bracket (not included). It is crucial to handle the monitor carefully during installation, avoiding pressure on the LCD screen.
Connectivity:
The monitor offers two HDMI 2.0 ports and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports for video input, supporting refresh rates up to 144Hz via HDMI and 165Hz via DisplayPort with Adaptive-Sync enabled. An audio output (3.5mm jack) is available for connecting headphones or external speakers. Power is supplied via an external power adapter.
On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu:
The OSD menu is navigated using six buttons located on the back of the monitor.
- Button 1 (Menu/Sub-menu): Press to enter the main menu or sub-menus, or quickly access a sub-menu.
- Button 2 (Down): Press to move down in the menu.
- Button 3 (Up): Press to move up in the menu.
- Button 4 (Return/Color Format): Press to return to the previous menu or quickly switch the color format.
- Button 5 (Power On/Off): Press to turn the monitor on or off.
- Button 6 (LED Indicator): This is an LED indicator, not a functional button.
The OSD menu provides extensive options for adjusting display settings, organized into categories:

Adjusting the Monitor:
The monitor allows for tilt adjustment from -5° to +20° (±2.0°) and rotation from -30° to +30° (±2.0°). The height can also be adjusted by 100mm (±5.0mm). Users are advised not to touch the screen while adjusting to prevent damage.
Cable Management:
The monitor features a cable management system where cables are routed through a slot in the stand and covered by a back cover for a neat setup.
Maintenance Features
Safety Precautions:
- Always read the instructions before use.
- Avoid exposing the monitor to fire, electric shock, or humidity.
- Do not open the monitor back cover as it contains user-serviceable parts and dangerous voltages.
- Place the monitor on a stable surface.
- Do not put anything on top of the monitor.
- If the power supply is lost, contact the distributor.
- Ensure all cables are properly connected and undamaged.
- Use only the specified power source.
- Use an appropriate outlet compliant with local electrical norms.
- Avoid placing heavy objects on the power cord.
- Do not use the monitor in high temperature, humid, dusty, or oily areas.
- In case of storm or prolonged non-use, unplug the screen.
- Disconnect the power cord before moving the monitor.
- Do not insert objects into the cabinet slots.
- Use a power cord that matches the AC voltage of the power outlet.
- The power cable connector is the primary means of detaching the system from the power supply.
Cleaning:
- Turn off and unplug the display before cleaning.
- Clean the panel surface with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth. For stubborn stains, use a wet cloth and a gentle specific solution.
- Avoid using cleaning products containing alcohol or acetone on LCD screens. Never spray any liquid directly on the screen to prevent electric shock.
- Ensure no liquid enters the display housing when cleaning.
- Clean the housing with a slightly humidified cloth and a gentle detergent, then wipe it with a dry and clean cloth.
- Do not insert anything into the unit or spill liquid on it.
Troubleshooting:
The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues:
- Blank screen: Check power button, brightness/contrast settings, indicator light, video source, and notebook/laptop power/extension mode.
- Image out of focus: Ensure video cable is properly inserted.
- Screen is flashing: Check power source, non-shielded speakers, fluorescent lighting, AC transformers, cable runs, etc., and maintain a safe distance from magnetic disturbances.
- Color bleeds or visual effects appear unusual: Check if the cable is properly inserted, if there's a loose connection, or a bad signal. Try connecting another video source for comparison.
- Screen appears to be scrolling, rolling, or moving unusually: Check source frequency (48-165Hz) and ensure video cable is secure.
- LED indicator doesn't work: Check power and power cable connection.
- Plug&Play doesn't seem to work: Check PC requirements and graphics card requirements for compatibility.
- Image is dim: Adjust brightness and contrast ratio via OSD.
- Image displays jitter/moire pattern: Nearby electric equipment may be interfering.
- Light indicator is on or flashing, but there is no image displayed on screen: Check monitor power and graphics card installation.
- Image position is not centered / the image size is not right: Adjust image positioning and size in the OSD menu.
- Colors are not optimized: Adjust RGB color settings or reset color temperature in the OSD.
Special Notes on LCD Monitors:
- Flicker during initial use or turning off the Power Switch is normal.
- Slight uneven brightness is normal.
- An afterimage may remain after switching images, but the screen will recover slowly by changing the image or turning off the Power Switch for hours.
- If the screen flashes erratically or the backlighting fails, contact the dealer; do not attempt to repair the monitor yourself.
