6.1.4 Messages
credit: 00.00 The product price is higher than the remaining credit on the Cash
too littel credit Card.The Cash Card must be charged. For charging the Cash Card,
see Section 6.1.6.
credit-mode This message appears only for about 3 seconds. A product key has
insert card been chosen but the Cash Card has not been inserted into the chip
card reader.
wrong ID- number The user cards Cash -, Cash + or Free Card do not have the same
remove card installation number as that stored in the Ecolino. These cards do not
function on this Ecolino. Ascertain whether you are using the correct
chip cards.
wrong card - The wrong chip card was inserted in response to a request. Remove
remove card this chip card and follow the instructions in the Ecolino display.
- The user cards Management or Load Card do not have the same
installation number as that stored in the Ecolino. These cards do not
function on this Ecolino. Ascertain whether you are using the correct
chip cards.
wrong pin-code The wrong Pin Code of the card was input. Remove the card from the
remove card card reader and try again. There is no limit to the number of attempts.
*reading error The chip card was inserted the wrong way round or there is dirt on the
remove card chip. Clean the chip with a soft cloth (without addition of cleaning
agent, etc.) and reinsert the card into the card reader. If the message
still appears, the chip card is defective. Contact the Service Depart
ment.
locked card The Cash Card has been disabled. Products cannot be dispensed.
remove card To enable the card again, proceed as described under Section 6.1.6.6.
