Summary

STEP-1 REMOVE FRONT GRID

Unscrew front grid screws

Remove screws securing the front grid using a Phillips screwdriver.

Remove front grid

Detach the front grid following the indicated direction.

STEP-2 REMOVE CANOPY

Remove controller cover

Unscrew four screws to remove the controller cover.

Unscrew canopy screws

Unscrew three screws to detach the canopy.

Remove canopy

Detach the canopy following the indicated direction.

STEP-3 REMOVE TOP HINGE

Remove top hinge (Model with canopy)

Unscrew hinge screws, holding the door securely as it will become loose.

Remove self-tapping screws (Model without canopy)

Remove two self-tapping screws.

Remove HEX head screws (Model without canopy)

Remove two HEX head screws.

STEP-4 REMOVE DOOR FROM THE CABIN

Disengage door from lower hinge

Lift the door to disengage it from the lower hinge.

Remove door carefully

Carefully remove the heavy door and place it on a flat surface.

STEP-5 REMOVE TOP HINGE FROM THE DOOR

Remove top hinge, spring, and sleeve

Remove the top hinge, spring, and sleeve, noting potential resistance.

STEP-6.1 REMOVE AND REINSTALL FV HANDLE

Remove magnetic rubber profile

Carefully remove the magnetic rubber profile from the door frame.

Unscrew handle screws

Unscrew securing screws using a flat screwdriver.

Remove door handle

Detach the door handle.

Remove magnetic rubber profile (opposite side)

Reinstall handle

Reapply magnetic rubber profile

STEP-6.2 REMOVE AND REINSTALL SMART OR L-SHAPE HANDLE

Unscrew and remove handle

Install handle on opposite side

STEP-7 REMOVE AND REINSTALL LOWER HINGE

Remove lower hinge

Install lower hinge on opposite side

STEP-8 INSTALL TOP HINGE TO THE DOOR

Install top hinge (Model with canopy)

Adjust hinge rotation (Model without canopy)

STEP-9 INSTALL DOOR ON CABIN

Install door on bottom hinge

Align door with cooler sides

Load spring and fix top hinge

Fix top hinge

STEP-10 INSTALL CANOPY

Install canopy

Fix canopy with screws

Install decorative controller cover

STEP-11 INSTALL FRONT GRID

Adjust hinge bracket

Install grid in new position

Install front grid
