5. Always store the product blast-chilled or frozen and closed in special containers.
Product at room temperature or hot from oven releases a lot of heat and humidity inside the chamber with
consequent formation of ice on the air intake and exhaust duct
6. Only for models with range -25/-15°C; -22/-18°C; -20/-15°C. Check for air infiltrations from
the compensation valve if locked in open position
Replace the compensation valve, if necessary
7. Make sure there are no air infiltrations from the door
Check that the door is correctly aligned, otherwise adjust it by acting on the upper
and lower hinges
Check that the door gasket is not damaged otherwise replace it with a new one
Inform the Customer that the gasket must be cleaned monthly and changed once a year by an
authorised service centre see “Routine maintenance” sheet
A gasket in perfect conditions reduces energy consumption and contributes
to the perfect storage of the product
Only on models with range -25/-15°C; -22/-18°C; -20/-15°C; -6/+4°C; -2/+8°C
check that the “E4” frame heater works
If the frame heater does not work, the door gasket seal is reduced and the air
infiltrations consequently increase
