Pulse output (Differential output)
The number of output pulses per motor revolution (16 to 262144) or the
output pulse division ratio can be designated. The output is issued in
A/B phase pulse.
The FFZ and *FFZ are the terminals for single pulse per revolution
signal.

terminal serves as a reference potential.
