Instructions
It is necessar
that these instructions must be
followed to conformed to EMC Directive.
Follow the usual safet
procedures when work-
in
with electrical equipment. All electrical con-
nections to the filter, Inverter and motor must be
made b
a qualified electrical technician.

1. Use the correct filter accordin
to
Table 13-2-1.
2. Install the Inverter and filter in the electricall
shielded metal wirin
cabinet.
3. The back panel of the wirin
cabinet of board
should be prepared for the mountin
dimen-
sions of the filter. Care should be taken to re-
move an
paint etc. from the mountin
holes
and face area of the panel. This will ensure
the best possible earthin
of the filter.
4. Use the screened cable for the control , motor
and other main wirin
which are connected to
the Inverter, and these screens should be se-
curel
earthed.
5. It is important that all wire len
ths are kept as
short as possible and that incomin
mains
and out
oin
motor cables are kept well sep-
arated.
