L Macro mode (Close-ups)
For close-ups, press the selector left (L). The selection changes each time the selector is pressed.

When macro mode is in effect, the camera focuses on subjects near the center of the monitor. Use
the zoom buttons to frame pictures.
A Note
Use of a tripod is recommended to prevent blur caused by camera shake.
