POWER MANAGEMENT
Optimize camera performance for increased
battery life, quick focus response, or improved
display quality. The following options are
available:
• v POWER SAVE: Monitor refresh rate is reduced.
If no operations are performed for 10 s, the
monitor will dim automatically to save power.
This option is recommended when the
camera is used for extended periods at high
temperatures to prevent mottled vertical
streaks from appearing in photographs.
• w QUICK AF: Reduces focusing time, ensuring a
quick shutter response.
• x CLEAR DISPLAY: Choose this option for a
brighter, higher quality display.
A Note
• v POWER SAVE does not take effect when
Intelligent Face Detection is on.
• At settings other than v POWER SAVE, the
monitor will dim automatically if no operations are
performed for 30 s.
