Tile electronic viewfinder provides tile same information as the monitor, and carl be
used when bright lighting conditions maketile display in tile monitor difficult to see.
PressEVF/LCDbutton to select from tile auto switch, monitor, or electric view finder
mode. When the auto switch mode isset,the electric view finder turns on automati-
cally when you put your eye to the view finder, and the monitor turns on when you
take your eye away (note that the eye sensor may not respond if you are wearing
glasses or your head isan angle to the camera).
Tile camera isequipped with diopter adjustment to accommodate individual difi
ferences in vision. Slide tile diopter adjustment control up and down until tile view-
finder display isin sharp focus.

Reflections and glare caused by bright ambient lighting may make it [lard to see the display in the monitor,
particularly when the camera isused outdoors. This carl be addressed by holding tile EVF/LCDbutton to trigger
