(2) Select a host to register in the ETERNUS DX from the host selection list, enter a nickname, and then
click the [OK] button.
(3) Select a host to assign volumes from the host selection list and then click the [Next >>] button.
The screen for automatically creating Thin Provisioning Pool configurations (Step 7) appears.
If a Thin Provisioning Pool has been created, but no volumes are created, the configuration screen
for the creation of new volumes (Step 8) appears.
If a Thin Provisioning Pool has been created and volumes are created, [Select Volume] (Step 9)
appears.
7 Automatic creation of a Thin Provisioning Pool configuration
Configuration of the Thin Provisioning pool that is automatically created is displayed.
Check the configuration and click the [OK] button.
To create a Thin Provisioning Pool with a different configuration, click the [Cancel] button and exit the
Smart Setup Wizard.
