● Installing 2U and 4U DEs in the Same Rack (When Two Controllers Are Installed)
This section describes a connection configuration in which all of the enclosures are installed in the same rack.
The following figure shows an example for installing one controller enclosure, four high-density drive enclosures
(4U), and two drive enclosures (2U) in the same rack.
For this type of configuration, obtaining extra extension cables to connect 4U drive enclosures and 2U drive en-
closures is required.
