Only connect the ETERNUS DX to circuit protectors.
1.7.4 Input Power Supply Lines
Multiple power supply facilities in the building or multiple UPS units are recommended for power supply re-
dundancy. A redundant configuration is used for the power supply of the ETERNUS DX. Business can continue
even if one of the power supply lines fails.
However, a single power supply facility configuration is also allowed for the entire system optimization (in-
cluding the server). When selecting a single configuration, take into consideration the availability of the sys-
tem.
