1.2.4 Components (Rear)
This section describes the I/O modules and the power supply units in the rear of the drive enclosure.
I/O module
The I/O module is a component that controls how the controller and the drives interact.

Part explanation
DI (OUT) port, DI (IN) port
These ports are connectors for QSFP cables.
LEDs
The states of LEDs are listed below.

(amber)
The I/O module is in error status.
DI (OUT) LINKUP
(green)
The link between the DI (OUT) port and the destination port has
been established.
DI (IN) LINKUP
(green)
The link between the DI (IN) port and the source port has been
established.
DI (OUT) LINKUP LED
DI (OUT) port
DI (IN) LINKUP LED
DI (IN) port
FAULT LED
These are not used.
