When drive enclosures are installed, QSFP cables are used to connect between the DI ports of the enclosures.

Example for connection of QSFP cable
(when two drive enclosures are installed)
Connect the QSFP cables in order. Connect the DI (OUT) port of the
controller enclosure and the DI (IN) port of drive enclosure 1 first, and then
connect the DI (OUT) port of drive enclosure 1 and the DI (IN) port of drive
enclosure 2, and so on.
The drive enclosure number can be checked with the "DE_No. label" that is
attached on the right front end of drive enclosures.

The DI (OUT) port is on the left side and the DI (IN) port
is on the right side of each controller.
Plug the connectors on which the " " symbol is printed
into the DI (OUT) ports.
