4.4.8.2 Performing Drive Diagnostics
This page provides the system administrator with tests to verify the usability and
reliability of the drive. You can reach this page by selecting Service → Drive
Diagnostic.
The user selects the drive test type. A Drive Support Ticket can be created and
downloaded which can support service engineers solving drive and media
problems.
