Image Memory Read-Write Error
If an error occurs when data is read from the image memory or written to the image memory, the following
codes are displayed on the LCD of the scanner's operator panel.
E9:F5 Image memory read-write error (Front)
E9:F6 Image memory read-write error (Back)
Turn the scanner off then back on.

Hopper Malfunction
When a hopper malfunction occurs, the following error code appears on the LCD of the scanner's operator
panel.
F0:C0 Hopper Malfunction
Take the following measures.
● Make sure that there is nothing beneath the hopper.
● Confirm that the hopper is not closed with the pick roller unit in the upper position.
● Turn the scanner off then back on.
