Pick Roller Error
When a pick roller error occurs, the following error code appears on the LCD of the scanner's operator panel.
J9:61 Pick Roller Error
Take the following measures.
● Pull down the Pick Roller Unit to its correct position.
● Remove excess documents from the hopper.
● Refer to Adjusting the Paper Separation Force (page 37) to lower the height of the hopper.
● Refer to Daily Care (page 115) to clean the rollers and sensors.
