Removing the card
To avoid any loss of da ta, always follow the correct procedure for removing the
card (see the documentation for your operating system).

► Press the ed ge of the card (1) so that the
card pro trudes a little from the notebook.
► Pull the card out of the slot (2).

► Insert the card placeholder into the
slot guide.
► Ge ntly slide the card placeholder into the
slot until you feel it click into place.

Please refer to chapter "
Key combinations", Page 24 for information on setting the volume
and also enabling/disabling the loud spe akers using key combinations.
If you attach an external microph one, the built-in microphone is disabled.
The internal microphone can be deactivated together with the WebCam via
the key combination
Fn
+
F12
. In addition, the internal microphone can be
deactivated together with the WebCam in the BIOS S etu p Utility.
When you connect headpho nes or external speakers, the built-in speakers are disabled.
