The design of your n otebook enables the fle xible use of notebook batteries and drives. The
following mo dules can be operated in the module bay of your no tebook:
• Second battery
• Optical drive
• Empty plug-in unit (save weight)
Only use modules designed for your notebook.
Do not use force when installing or removing the module.
Make sure that no foreign objects enter the module bay.
You can swa p modules during operation. This means you do not
need to switch off the notebook.
To replace a m odule, simply click on th e corresponding icon in the
task bar and then on Exit or Select - Exit.
The module can now be removed without any further actions being necessary.

► Now pull the module (2) o ut of the module bay.
