Troubleshooting
The wrong external monitor has been selected
or the wrong screen resolution has been set for
the application programme.
Windows XP:
► Terminate the application program in
Windows by pressing
Alt
+
F4
.
► If the fault persists after closing down the
program, press the key combination for
Switching the screen output to switch to the
LCD screen of the notebook and change the
following settings:
► Select the correct monitor or set the correct
screen resolution.
– Select the monitor: Star t - (Settings) -
Control Panel - Display - Setting s - Ad vanced
- Mon itor
– Set the screen resolution: Start - (Settings )
- Control Pa nel - Display - Settings , Screen
resolution field.
Windows Vista:

Settings and select monitor 1 or 2 and then
select the corre ct scre en under Advance d
settings – Monitor.
