not approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the USA.
Although it is not explicitly forbidden to t ravel in the US trading a rea carrying this
device, to avoid tro uble at customs clearance, Fujitsu Technology Solutions Gm bH
recommends not to bring this device into the US trading area.

Notice to Users of Radios and Tele vision
These limits are designed to provide reason able protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference

FCC rules. On this notebook is a label that contains the FC C Registration Number and the
Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) for this equipment among other information. If requested,
the user must provide their telephone comp any with the following information:
1. T he telephone number to which the notebook is conn ecte d.
2. T he Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) for this equipment.
3. T he equipment requires a standard modular jack type USOC RJ-11 C
which is FCC Part 68 co mpliant.
4. T he F CC Registration Number.
This equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone network or premises wiring using
a standard modular jack type USOC RJ-11C which is FCC Part 68 compliant and a line cord
between the modem and the telephone network with a minimum of 26 AWG.
