Replacing the pen tip
With use, the pen t ip m ay become worn or may pick up foreign particles that can scratch the screen.
A damaged or worn tip may not move freely, causing unpredictable results when using the pen.
If problems like these occur with your pe n, you should replace the pen tip.

► Pull the tip from the barrel.
► Use one of the new tips that were supplied
with your pen to replace the tip. Insert the
pointed end of the tip into the barrel and
push it in firmly until it is in place.
Do not continue to use a tip wh ich is worn or damaged.
Installing a pen cord
You should a ttach the pen with a pen cord to prevent accidentally dropping or losing it.
► Attach one end of the pen cord to your pen and the other end of the pen cord to your notebo ok.
