► N ow fold the screen down until the back of the screen is flat on top of
the keyboard and the hook latches in.
The screen is now secured in th e tablet position.

You can choose to use either portrait or landscape orientation for the display. Press the
Tablet button
to switch between portrait and landscape orientation.
The display switches automatically to portrait layout when the device is used as a Ta blet
PC and to landscape layout when it is used as a notebook.
Windows XP
You can change these settings in the Fujitsu menu or under Start –(Settings
–) Control Panel – Tablet and Pe n Settings.
Windows 7
You can change these settings in the Fujitsu menu or under Start -(Settings -)
Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Display - Settings.
Profiles for operating with various different screen modes can be selected via
the Fujitsu Tablet Control option in the Fujitsu menu. T hese profiles have preset
standard configurations that can be modified as desired.
These settings do not just affe ct the monitor settings on the Tablet PC, but
also any external monitors that may be c onnected.
