the certifications issued for this device.
Depending on th e device config uration you ord ered, your device will be
equipped with wireless LAN , Bluetooth and/or 4G.
Switching the wireless components on and off
Before switching on
your device for the first time, the on/off button for
radio components mu
st be in the "ON" position.
► Slide the ON/OFF button into the "O N"
position to activate the radio comp onents.

radio components.
If you switch off th e radio components, the wireless LAN antenna and, when present,
the Bluetoo th module a n d 4G/LTE module will be switched off.
You can also deactivate the wireless components individua lly in th e BIOS Setup.For
this to occur, you must either not ha ve assigned a supervisor HDD pa ssword o r if a
supervisor HDD password has been assigned, you must know this password.
Pay attention to the additional safety notes for devices with radio compo nents
provided in the "Safety/Regulations" manual.
