1. Connect the units.
2. Pressing [#/SETUP] key reveals “Setup menu” screen. Select TEST and press [ENT] key. Then, the
following “Test function” screen appears.
To execute the test function, cancel “PROTECTION”. Enter [ ] from the numeric keys.
3. Selecting TONE and pressing [ENT] key reveals a submenu.
Choose MARK or SPACE on the submenu, and turn the signal “ON” by pressing [ENT] key.
For example, choose “SPACE”.
4. Press [CANCEL] key.
5. Selecting BK and pressing [ENT] key reveals a submenu. Choose “ON” and press [ENT] key to turn
on BK signal.
6. Measure the frequency and power.
7. To measure other frequencies, turn OFF the BK signal of No. 5 and change the frequency of MF/HF
radiotelephone. Repeat steps 5 and 6.
8. After the completion of the measurements, turn off power for DSC-60.
