6.1.4 Controlling planning and monitoring modes on the ECDIS display
A route, a user chart or Notes can be displayed at the top of the electronic chart in the status bar, in either the
planning mode or the monitoring mode.
To choose desired mode, place the cursor on the text Route, User Chart or Notes on the status bar. A drop-down
dialog box appears, where you can choose either Monitor or Plan by clicking the appropriate button with the left
button. With user chart or Notes, only the planning mode or the monitoring mode can be displayed in the status bar.
(Display selected may be activated with a radio button. See the figure below.)
