3.8 SUPPRESSION OF INTERFERENCE FROM RECEIVER (FCC
Rules Part 80.217 and 2.1051)
3.8.1 Method of Measurement
Cabinet radiation is measured by the same setup with Fig. 3.6.1, and the distance between
the FS-2570 and the receiving antenna is set to 3 meters to expand dynamic range.
3.8.2 Test Result
3.8.2.1 Cabinet radiation
The results are shown in Table 3.8.1.
Table 3.8.1
Frequency Range Measurement results at 3 m Converted to 1 nm Limit
(at 1 nm)
9 kHz - 30 MHz Less than Instrument's noise level:
Less than 16 dBµ (6 µV/m) Less than 0.01 µV/m
0.1 µV/m
30 - 100 MHz Less than Instrument's noise level:
Less than 35 dBµ (56 µV/m) Less than 0.09 µV/m
0.3 µV/m
100 - 300 MHz Less than Instrument's noise level:
Less than 35 dBµ (56 µV/m) Less than 0.09 µV/m
1.0 µV/m
3.8.2.2 Spurious emission at receiver antenna terminal
(FCC Rule Part 2.1051)
The results are shown in Table 3.8.2.
