6. MAP SETTINGS
This chapter shows you how to set up the map display.
6.1 Map Setup
All map settings are in the [Map] menu in [Home]. On this menu you can
• Select nav aids presentation format
• Select chart language
• Hide or show place names
• Configure the information to show
Open [Home] and tap the [Map] menu icon and set items according to your operating
needs.
[Nav Aids Presentation]: Select nav aids presentation format, [US] or [International].
[Chart Language]: Select [Local] to show chart information (place names, etc.) in lo-
cal languages. Select [English] to show chart information in English.
[Marine Settings], [Underwater Objects], [Depth Settings], [Chart Settings]:
Show or hide various objects on your maps.
